Clearly internet scamming is so lucrative that Ro Cutno can’t seem to stop. It is unfortunate that she hasn’t been arrested for her illegal activity. Since being exposed last year she has moved on to multiple scams, from selling “art” classes to selling tickets to a “ball” that never happened. The ongoing favorite, however, is still “certified wife school,” her bread and butter scam.
If you have been paying attention to her page the past few months she along with her many fake profiles has been advertising the Roots of Royals (ROR) Black Wealth University Wife School “scholarship.” A copy of the wife school contract for scholarship recipients was forwarded to us. It turns out that in order to qualify to receive the so called “scholarship” a down payment of $600.00 must be made. This $600.00 payment is automatically taken from the applicants’ bank accounts in 4 payments of $150.00. As we learned from Ro’s previous scams these payments are called “donations,” and as we already know, this is just another way to hide the money stolen from her victims.
It is sad that Ro continues to be able to steal from women. However, as long as she is stealing we will continue to expose her scams. Below is a copy of the contract. Check it out for yourself:
