I truly believe in living a healthy lifestyle. But having a healthy lifestyle requires discipline. It’s ok to enjoy the things that aren’t very good for you but in moderation. Have a little, not a lot! Life is not worth living if you can’t enjoy it and you can’t enjoy life if you aren’t in good health. So drink water, get exercise, eat well, and treat yourself with kindness!
