Good Morning World!!
“When I loved myself enough, I began leaving whatever wasn’t healthy. This meant people, jobs, my own beliefs and habits – anything that kept me small. My judgement called it disloyal. Now I see it as self-loving.” – Kim McMillen
It’s interesting how, when you start prioritizing your health and mental well-being, you suddenly become more aware of anything toxic in your life. Removing toxicity can be challenging because your mind may try to convince you that it’s wrong to let go of certain things and people. However, with time and clarity, you realize how beneficial it is to eliminate toxic influences. Not only do you feel better, but your life also improves, and you become determined to keep toxicity out for good.
Remember, never be afraid to remove anything or anyone harmful from your life. You are worth your own well being.
Happy Tuesday!
