When I encounter “ugly” people, ie people who act negatively, I refuse to let their behavior influence or disrupt my peace of mind. Instead of allowing their negativity to affect me, I let them exist in their negativity, without letting it penetrate my life. I recognize that their behavior is a reflection of their inner turmoil, and I make a conscious decision to rise above it, maintaining my sense of well-being and serenity.
