And just like that, the holidays have begun, the time of year when the end of one year blends right into the start of the next. This season can bring big highs and low lows, because the holidays always throw something at us while we’re still expected to be “merry.” So here’s your reminder to take it one day at a time. Yes, the holidays can be beautiful, but they can also be stressful, and they’re not supposed to break you. Do what you can, but don’t overdo it. Have fun, and if this season is hard for you, know that someone out there is sending you love. However you choose to celebrate, make sure it brings you joy.
