While I celebrate Christmas as a holiday, I’m nonreligious. For me, Christmas is about coming together with the people you love, sharing time, creating memories, and expressing love, sometimes through gifts. It’s about family, connection, and togetherness. This Christmas, I have so much to be grateful for, but it has also been a season of mourning. Celebrating feels like a way to heal. So whether this Christmas feels bright or heavy for you, know that being with those you love has a way of making it brighter.
