To all the fathers who show up for their children with love, encouragement, guidance, and unwavering support, thank you. Good fathers make a lasting difference, and the impact you have on your children’s lives cannot be overstated. If you’re doing the work, your children know it, and they will carry that love with them for the rest of their lives. And for those of us who have lost our fathers, Father’s Day can be bittersweet. I know it is for me. But even though they may no longer be here physically, the love they gave us, the lessons they taught us, and the memories we carry remain very real.
