Guard your circle. Make sure the people around you genuinely want to see you win and that you want the same for them. It only takes one person constantly belittling you, discouraging you, or pulling you off track to disrupt your progress. Don’t let them. If you’re serious about changing your life for the better, pay attention to the energy and direction of the people around you. Everyone doesn’t have to be on the exact same path, but they should be moving in a positive direction and supporting your growth. You cannot grow while someone is constantly pulling you backward. Sometimes protecting your future means removing people who refuse to grow with you.
