Self-reflection is important. Being able to look at yourself and evaluate who you are as a person, analyze your mistakes, and ask yourself how you can be better are critical to growing as a person. While self-reflection can be difficult, it’s important, without self-reflection you will continue to make the same mistakes over and over.
