“Conflict cannot survive when only one person participates.”
Last year I made an important decision to choose myself and never let someone use me again. Since then I have been enjoying my conflict-free life. By choosing myself I was no longer participating in constant strife. It’s interesting how you may not notice how difficult things are until you remove yourself from the situation.
Sometimes choosing yourself and stepping away from conflict is the only way to see how difficult a situation is. But once you step away you can see clearly again.
