I have been practicing yoga for about 15 years now. Besides the physical benefits, it’s also helped me mentally and emotionally. If anyone out there is looking for something that helps with anxiety, try yoga. I don’t know how it works but it works!
And if any of you are interested in me doing yoga videos please let me know. I am considering it but I don’t know if that’s something people want to see.
Anyway off to yoga I go…
