Good Morning World!!
“Children have never been very good at listening to their elders, but they have never failed to imitate them.” – James Baldwin
Setting a strong example for my daughter is one of the most important responsibilities I carry. I want her to grow into someone who radiates kindness, someone others feel safe with and choose to be around, not because she demands attention, but because she genuinely cares for those around her.
I want her to be resilient, able to face life’s inevitable storms with strength and grace. But just as importantly, I want her to understand the power of boundaries. The world will take as much as you give if you’re not careful, and it’s essential that she learns to protect her time, energy, and peace.
Adulthood is all about balance, juggling responsibilities while also remembering that her joy matters. I want her to know that while life may not always be easy, she holds the power to shape her path. Her happiness is her own to create, and even in the most difficult moments, she is never powerless.
Happy Saturday!
