One thing I will always be eternally grateful for is the friends I’ve made over the years. women who may not see me every day, but who always check in. Women who cheer me on during moments when I’m not sure I can keep going. We all need people in our corner, the ones who help carry us forward when we feel like we’re running on empty.
If you’re lucky enough to have people like that in your life, don’t forget to let them know how much you appreciate them.
Shoutout to my friend Michelle, who quite literally got me out of bed last week and made me go outside. She knew how much I’ve been dealing with lately, checked in regularly, and made sure I took a moment to just have fun. We all need friends like that.
