Today is my 49th birthday, the final year of my 40s. And I have to say, the last three years have changed me in ways I never expected. For the first time, I truly feel like I’m becoming the person I was always meant to be. Years of conditioning myself not to be me have finally fallen away. I no longer suppress my emotions or my voice.
I feel freer, and honestly younger, than I ever have. And while I know I’m technically approaching half a century, I see this moment as my time to truly shine. This year is about fully stepping into myself and thriving. 🎉✨
