Creating the life you want requires doing the work, even when you don’t feel like it. That’s where discipline comes in. Sure, rest is important, but reaching your goals means showing up, even on the hard days. No one else is going to build your life for you. So when it’s time to focus, lock in. And when it’s time to rest, do that too. But always come back to the mission. Consistency and discipline are what turn dreams into reality.
