Good Morning World!!

Learning not to rush, and not to feel like I have to rush, is something I work on every day. My anxiety often tells me I’m behind, not doing enough, or that things aren’t moving fast enough. But that’s not true. Everything I need has a way of arriving right on time. I’m reminding myself that it’s okay to slow down, to breathe, and to let things unfold as they’re meant to.
