Stress has a sneaky way of pulling us into a spiral of panic. The key to managing it is learning to separate what you can control from what you can’t.
For the things within your control, take action, small steps can ease the pressure and make a big difference. But the things outside your control? Those are the toughest. Still, you have to train yourself to let them go. Worrying won’t change the outcome, it only steals your peace.
Let go, do what you can, and trust that the rest will fall into place as it’s meant to.
