The mini me is off on a trip for the next two weeks, and I already miss her more than I expected. It’s funny how deeply we attach to our kids, all while knowing the goal is for them to grow up and build their own lives one day.
Luckily, this time it’s just two weeks, and when she gets back, we’ve got our own little vacation planned. Until then, I’ll do my best to enjoy some solo time because moms need a little freedom too!
