Change may take time, sometimes far longer than we’d like, but when we recognize injustice and commit to fighting against it, progress becomes inevitable. History has shown us that persistence and resilience in the face of inequality can bring about real transformation. It’s not always immediate, and the struggle can be exhausting, but every step forward matters.
In my lifetime, I’ve witnessed significant progress in the fight for racial and gender equality. While challenges remain and the road ahead is still long, the progress we’ve made is proof that change is possible. As long as we continue to stand up for what is right, raise our voices, and demand justice, the world will keep evolving. It may not happen overnight, but with determination, every effort contributes to a better future.
