Good Morning World!!

“You can do anything—but not everything.” – David Allen

There are days when I feel completely overwhelmed, like I’m carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I try so hard to juggle everything, keeping myself and my family moving forward, staying on top of life’s endless to-do list, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. But sometimes, despite my best efforts, life starts to feel like too much. It’s in those moments that I have to pause, breathe, and remind myself of one simple truth: I can’t do it all. And that’s okay.

It’s easy to get caught up in the chaos, believing that everything has to happen right now. But that’s just anxiety playing tricks on you, making you feel like if you don’t do it all immediately, you’re somehow failing. The truth is, you can only do so much, and that “much” is more than enough. Everything that truly needs to get done will happen in its own time. Rushing, stressing, and pushing yourself to the brink doesn’t make things happen faster, it just drains you.

So, when the world starts to feel too heavy, give yourself permission to step back. Prioritize what matters, let go of what can wait, and trust that you’re doing your best. You’re not a machine. You’re a human being, and taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. Give yourself grace because the version of you that is calm, centered, and well-rested is the one best equipped to handle whatever life throws your way.

Happy Tuesday!
