Good Morning World!!

“Life doesn’t come with a manual, it comes with a mother.”

In the 17 years that I’ve been a mom, I’ve often found myself wishing this journey came with a manual, something to guide me through the challenges, uncertainties, and sleepless nights. But despite the lack of instructions, I think I’ve done pretty well. What I’ve learned most is that motherhood isn’t just about raising a child, it’s also about growing into a new version of yourself.

Children have a way of holding up a mirror to us. They reflect our strengths, our flaws, our fears, and our hopes. They make us want to do better, to be better. For me, becoming a mother was a complete transformation. I wanted more for her, so I started wanting more for myself. She became my purpose, my motivation, and my constant reminder that love, true love, is completely selfless.

Not everyone is capable of that kind of love. But I know, without a doubt, that I love my Little Flower with every fiber of my being. That love is unshakeable, unconditional, and eternal. She may never fully understand how deeply she’s changed me, but I will carry that transformation with me forever.

To all the moms out there, especially the ones doing the impossible to ensure your children have everything they need and more, Happy Mother’s Day. You deserve everything this world has to offer. But if you’re anything like me, you’d gladly give the world away to see your child smile.

Happy Mother’s Day!
