Dating has significantly changed over the years, especially since the pandemic. So what does the 2024 dating landscape look like?
People are abandoning dating apps and looking for more genuine connections. Expect to see more people meeting in person or meeting online but on social media instead of dating apps.
Dates are turning into activities instead of meals. The traditional dinner date is no longer the go-to so expect to see more rock climbing, axe throwing, or sandbox dates. Be prepared to sweat!
Women are looking for emotionally intelligent men. Gone are the days of women putting up with men who expect women to take care of all of the emotional labor in the relationship. Women nowadays prefer to be single than to carry the weight of a man who can’t emotionally regulate.
Marriage is becoming less of a priority. This doesn’t mean people don’t get married anymore but marriage is trending down. People are looking more for long-term companionship rather than marriage.
