People always want to be in the company of kind folks but the reality is many times those people don’t like you, they just like what you do for them. If the people around you only take from you and never reciprocate those people are users. There’s a lot of users in the world. It’s important to only have people around you who support you (and you also support them!) because if you don’t those folks will drain you dry!
