Work is required for anything you wish to flourish and grow. Many times people miss opportunities to grow because they refuse to do the work. Work is not always fun however the more disciplined you are about doing the necessary work, the more your opportunities grow. Of course, that may mean you miss out on some sleep here and some fun there but the reward in the long run is worth the effort.
