Stop shrinking yourself to make others comfortable. Someone else’s insecurity is not your responsibility to manage. The world deserves to see you in your fullness, your brilliance, your power, your authenticity. Often, people who struggle with low self-esteem will try to dim the lights around them so they don’t feel overshadowed. But it is not your job to make yourself smaller just so others can feel bigger.
You were not made to hide. Let your light shine boldly and unapologetically. Those who are meant to grow with you will step into the glow, and those who prefer the shadows will naturally fade into the background. Your shine is your gift, own it, protect it, and never apologize for it.
