No one is going to hand you power, you have to claim it for yourself. It starts with recognizing that you already have power, even in moments when you feel powerless. Once you understand that, the next step is to stand firmly in it and use it. Every time you trust yourself, speak up for yourself, and take action on your own behalf, you strengthen that power. Too many people spend their lives waiting for permission, validation, or approval. Don’t. Take control of what is within your reach and use it to build the life you want. You are far more capable, resilient, and powerful than you realize. Start acting like it.
